Mr. Prude was naked, unarmed, and experiencing a mental health crisis. His brother called 911 for help. No one trained to respond to a mental health crisis arrived - police did. Daniel complied with all orders. While cuffed and naked on the freezing cold ground, officers mocked him and put a bag over his head. One forced his knee into Daniel’s back and another held down his legs - another pushed Daniel’s head into the ground using all of his body weight. Less than ten minutes after he was cuffed, Daniel Prude breathed his last conscious breath.
Johnson was tired whilst driving, and pulled over to sleep. He was shot and killed whilst asleep.
